Virtual Store Return & Exchange Conditions

The following conditions apply only to Ayisya Pırlanta Virtual Store:


You will see that the jewels offered for sale in Ayisya.com Virtual Store are much more beautiful than their photos when you hold the jewellery. Our basic principle is that you are happy with your shopping.

In accordance with the distance sales contract, you can return the jewelery you purchased from the Virtual Store within 14 days from the delivery date and get a refund of the amount you paid. In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal (right of cancellation and return) in ring orders, depending on legal conditions, since the ring size is prepared specifically for the person. However, exclusive to ayisya.com, cancellations and refunds for ring orders are made with a 5% deduction. However, there is no right of withdrawal for wedding rings with writing written inside.

In order to exercise the right of return, the decision of withdrawal must be notified to ayisya.com within this 14-day period.

If you make a return without approval from Ayisya.com, your return will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.

The consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in jewelery that is produced in accordance with the very special wishes and demands of the consumer and that has been personalized by making changes or additions to the mineral setting and color.

At the BUYER's request, when personalized production is made in a color different from the metal color offered on the website, or in special orders placed outside the ring size range, necklace and bracelet length offered on the website, in wedding wedding rings with writing written inside them, or when the ordered product is delivered to the BUYER After delivery, when operations such as changes in ring size, necklace, bracelet length and model are made in line with the BUYER's request, these goods specially produced in line with the customer's special requests and perfumes whose gelatin has been opened are among the products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The orders you want to return must be sent to the address we will notify you, complete with the jewelry, invoice, delivery note, certificate and gift products, if any, as they were sent to you. VAT and other legal obligations, if any, will not be refunded for products for which the original invoice is not sent.

For invoices issued in the name of your company, in order for the return to occur, you must send the jewelery together with the return invoice issued by your company. Order returns for which the invoice is issued on behalf of your company cannot be completed unless the return invoice is issued.

The consumer is responsible for the arrival of the package to the specified return address.

After the return is received, the price of the products will be refunded within 14 days to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if the order was placed via wire transfer/EFT.

The product to be returned must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 9 and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised" in Article 15 of the Distance Selling Agreement.

You can also exchange the jewelry you purchased from the virtual store from our stores, provided that it meets the above conditions.
