The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product he ordered to himself or to the person/organization at the address specified as the Delivery Address.


In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified within this period via the contact form, e-mail or telephone specified on the website www.ayisya.com and the products must not be within the scope of Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised. The seller has the right not to accept returns made without notification.


The consumer or the third party is obliged to send the invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials sent to the Seller, together with the product return, to the Seller. VAT and other legal obligations, if any, will not be refunded for products for which the original invoice is not sent. During the return shipment, the responsibility for any deterioration, damage or similar loss of value that occurs in the product and the documents and materials sent with the product due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the Consumer making the return belongs to the Consumer making the return.


The product price will be refunded to the Consumer within 14 days following the receipt of these documents.


Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised


The consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal for products that are produced in accordance with the consumer's special wishes and demands or that have been personalized by making changes or additions.


Products delivered to an address outside the Turkish Customs Area as a result of the buyer declaring a foreign delivery address are excluded from the scope of return.


In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal (right of cancellation and return) in ring orders, depending on legal conditions, since the ring size is prepared specifically for the person. However, exclusive to ayisya.com, cancellations and refunds for ring orders are made with a 5% deduction. However, there is no right of withdrawal for wedding rings with writing written inside.


At the BUYER's request, when personalized production is made in a color different from the metal color offered on the website, or in special orders placed outside the ring size range, necklace and bracelet length offered on the website, in wedding wedding rings with writing written inside them, or when the ordered product is delivered to the BUYER After delivery, when operations such as changes in ring size, necklace, bracelet length and model are made in line with the BUYER's request, these goods specially produced in line with the customer's special requests and perfumes whose gelatin has been opened are among the products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
