After filling in the relevant fields, you can approve the Information Text and Explicit Consent and complete your membership with the confirmation code sent to your mobile phone.


Order Transactions

After adding the products you like to your cart, you can go to the member login screen by pressing the "COMPLETE ORDER" button. There is no obligation to be a member to shop on our site. The shopping choice belongs to our customers. If you wish, you can become a member of ayisya.com with the "SIGN UP" option and be informed about the campaigns and advantages. For purchases made without being a member, an order information form will be sent to your e-mail address. You can see the status of your order via e-mail and order number in the MY ORDERS area.


Payment Transactions

You can make your payments by money order/EFT, credit card and debit card. Customers who prefer money transfer/EFT payment type can place your order by pressing the "COMPLETE ORDER" button after entering the verification code sent to their mobile phones. After completing the order, you need to make a transfer to one of the bank account numbers displayed on the screen and sent as an SMS.

You can make your money transfer from all bank branches, ATMs or internet branches. Once the transfer transaction is notified to us, the processing of your order will begin. Orders that are not transferred within 4 (four) days are canceled.

Delivery Procedures

All orders are under the responsibility and assurance of ayisya.com until they are delivered to the buyer. It is delivered free of charge and insured by the cargo/courier company we have a contract with. Your order is prepared specifically for you. Your jewelry order will be delivered in a special wooden box with a jewelry certificate and gift note, if any.

Cancellation Procedures

If you want to cancel your order while it is being prepared, you can create a cancellation request from the My Orders page.


Return Procedures

In accordance with the distance sales contract, you can return the jewelery you purchased from the Online Store within 14 days from the delivery date and get a refund of the amount you paid. In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal (right of cancellation and return) in ring orders, depending on legal conditions, since the ring size is prepared specifically for the person. However, cancellations and returns for orders other than the standard size (for women's rings: between 11-14, for men's rings: between 20-23) specific to ayisya.com are made with a 5% deduction. However, there is no right of withdrawal for wedding rings with writing written inside.

In order to exercise the right of return, the decision of withdrawal must be notified to ayisya.com within 14 days and the products to be returned must be delivered to the cargo.
